Tokyo, Japan – MediBang Inc. (Headquarters:Tokyo, Japan; CEO: Hideyuki Takashima; “MediBang”) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SodaLive Inc. (Headquarters: Seoul, South Korea; CEO: Jae-Hyeong Lee; “SodaLive”), the operator of the Korean audio drama platform VoiceOn, to support its Japanese expansion and marketing efforts in accordance with its planned launch in June 2025.

About SodaLive and “VoiceOn”

SodaLive is a South Korean company that produces novel content by developing audio dramas based on Webtoon and Web Novel IPs, as well as developing a new form of content called motion toons.
VoiceOn, developed and operated by SodaLive, is a multifunctional platform that supports content production and distribution, voice auditions, live streaming, and fan community formation. Besides Japan, the platform is undergoing localization tests in over 50 countries, with a strong  focus on France.
